For the past 14 years, the Hispanic Women's Corporation (HWC) has dedicated one day of its National Conference towards outreach to our younger Latina student population. Each year HWC invites 500 Latinas from junior and high schools around the country. The Youth Leadership Institute focuses on offering Latina junior and high school students the guidance and information necessary to pursue their academic and career goals.
