For the past 13 years, the Hispanic Women's Corporation (HWC) has dedicated one day of its National Conference towards outreaching to our younger female population. Each year HWC invites 400 Latinas from schools around the Valley. The conference focuses on offering Latina high school students the guidance and information necessary to pursue their academic and career goals. This year's HWC Youth Leadership Conference will be held on Ocotber 9, 2008. Conference participants are able to attend the conference through school invitations administered by the committee each year.
